AS Birdeye Capital, as the management company of Birdeye Timber Fund („the Fund“), notices pursuant to clause 4.4 of the Fund rules that as of 31 December 2017 in connection with gradually exiting Fund’s investments up to 80% of the market value of the Fund’s assets are not invested in forestland and securities related to forestland.
